This site is :100: percent the best site you can buy used Instruments from. I bought a saxophone and to my surprise, I had been sent an email with a personal 5 minute video of every detail on it. Including the action on the keys, pad detail, and a light in the sax body to show each pad sealing. I was addressed by my name and serial #. I was nervous making such a large purchase online, but James was fantastic every step of the way! He reached out quickly to answer questions I had and to confirm the purchase. He also sent me a video inspection of the instrument where he addressed me by name so I knew it wasn't some re-used video. It shipped very quickly and arrived exactly when expected.
